JB's CBD organizes and sponsors promotions, giveaways, and contests awarding various prizes to participants. The promotions, giveaways, and contests are regulated by Contest Rules (hereinafter “Rules”). Participation in any of these contests constitutes the Participant’s agreement and acceptance of these Rules. All federal, state, local, municipal laws and regulations apply.

Eligibility

This Giveaway Has 3 Entry Options:

Option 1:

Purchasing from JB's CBD *Excluding any purchases made at our EZ Mart Location* (www.jbscbd.com). Must be 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. To enter you must make a minimum purchase of $100 before taxes and you must provide a valid, contact phone number, email address and mailing address for the PS5 to be shipped to.

Option 2:

Purchasing from JD's Hidden Treasures LLC. (www.jdshiddentreasures.com). Must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. To enter you must make a minimum purchase of $100 before taxes and you must provide a valid, contact phone number, email address and mailing address for the PS5 to be shipped to.

Option 3:

Those who purchase from JD's Hidden Treasures LLC. (www.jdshiddentreasures.com) and JB's CBD, *Excluding any purchases made at our EZ Mart Location*. (www.jbscbd.com) If purchasing from both sites you must be 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry (proof of age may be required). To enter you must make a minimum purchase of $100 combined before taxes. You must provide a valid, contact phone number, email address and mailing address for the PS5 to be shipped to. Also the billing name, address and email, must be the same on both orders and you must provide a valid mailing address for the PS5 to be shipped to.

 

The Contest is only open to legal residents of The United States of America and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of JB's CBD, JD's Hidden Treasures LLC., Employees of Sponsor, and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all federal, state, local, municipal laws and regulations.

Contest Period - 12:00am January 12, 2022 - 11:59pm February 11, 2022

Entries will be processed by JB's CBD. For every order of a minimum of $100 before taxes & shipping cost, starting on Wednesday January 12, 2022, 12:00am EST and ending Wednesday February 11, 2022, 11:59pm EST. Entries made using options 2 or 3 will be processed in conjunction with JD's Hidden Treasures LLC. Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

Entry rules

The Contest must be entered by completing a purchase on jdshiddentreasures.com, jbscbd.com or both websites, for the minimum of $100 before taxes & shipping cost.  Any purchase where a Gift Card or Gift Card Code issued by JD's Hidden Treasures LLC, will not qualify as an entry until the minimum purchase amount is met, excluding the amount of the JD's Hidden Treasures LLC issued Gift Card or Gift Code. If your order exceeds $100 before taxes, every $100 spent after the initial $100 before taxes & shipping cost, will count as an entry. (Example, your order is $334.00 before taxes & shipping cost. That will be a total of 3 entries.) The entry amounts can be combined between JD's Hidden Treasures LLC. & JB's CBD as long as the total amount between the two orders meet the requirements.

Prize

Winner of the Contest (hereinafter “Winner”) will receive one new PlayStation (PS5) once they have completed the required steps.

 

The prize cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner will not be able to substitute for another prize.

Winner Selection and Notification Winner

JB's CBD will hold a live drawing using the customer first name, City and order number(s), on Saturday February 12, 2022, on the JB's CBD Instagram Page. Qualified Contestants will be notified of the drawing time. When the winner is announced we will use the winners first name and City along with the order number (s). If you make multiple purchases on different days each order number for qualified purchases will be entered. The winning order number will be posted on all of the JD's Hidden Treasures LLC. & JB's CBD social media pages, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram and Snap Chat. We will also notify the winner by the email and by text on the contact information provided during purchase.

Requirements to Receive the PS5:

The winner will have a 3hr. 5min. time frame to respond to the notification, from the time that the initial email and text message are sent (messages will be sent within 5 minutes of each other). The winner must confirm the following.

1.The name we have on file is correct.

2. The mailing address that we have on file is correct.

3. You meet the age requirement for the contest.

4. You want us to ship the PS5 free of charge.

If the winner does not respond within the time of 3hr. 5min. we will contact the runner up. If the runner up does not respond with in the 3hr. 5min. we will hold another drawing and repeat the process until 9:00am Monday February 14, 2022. At that time if no one has responded, the contest will be terminated.

JB's CBD & JD's Hidden Treasures LLC. are not responsible if the Winner fails to receive the notice about the prize due to any security settings or provision of incorrect contact information. If the Winner fails to respond within the required time period, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner may be selected. If the Winner is disqualified for any reason, JB's CBD & JD's Hidden Treasures LLC. is not obliged to extend the Contest Period in any way, and all privileges as Winner will be terminated immediately. Participants who provide false, fraudulent or deceptive entries or who engage in false, fraudulent or deceptive acts in connection with the Contest will be disqualified and subject to criminal prosecution.

Terms & General Conditions

JB's CBD & JD's Hidden Treasures LLC. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or any other cause affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. If such case occurs, JD's Hidden Treasures LLC. may select the Winner from all eligible entries. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage the Winner selection process and the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

Returns / Refunds
Returns are only accepted on unopened merchandise and only with prior authorization (within 15 days of purchase). Return Shipping is the customers responsibility, unless the return is due to an error made by JB's CBD.

Authorized Returns:
Once your return is authorized, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN, IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. Any unauthorized returns received will not be returned and you will not be refunded.

Once your Authorized return is received and inspected, you will receive a full refund. Please allow two to seven business days for the refund to appear on your statement. *If it is determined that your authorized return has been opened, you will not receive a refund. *

Refused Orders:

You will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee, for any order refused upon delivery.

Defective or Damaged Goods:

We require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via telephone or email is made regarding the defective or damaged goods within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.

Can I cancel my order?

In most instances, your order is processed and shipped the same day, so you get it quickly. Therefore, in most cases orders will not be canceled once it has been submitted. Please order carefully.

If you have accidentally placed an order, immediately contact us by email at: contact@jbscbd.com, with an explanation of your cancellation request. Your order will be placed on a temporary hold until your request is reviewed. If your request is approved, you will receive a refund minus a $6.50 cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability

By entering the Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless JD's Hidden Treasures LLC., JB's CBD and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

(ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or other mechanical equipment.

(iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service.

(iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest.

(v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.

Disputes and Arbitration

THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND MASSACHUSETTS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Massachusetts having jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the JB's CBD website.

JB's CBD may utilize Facebook to promote sweepstakes or giveaways. The Participant understands and agrees that any such promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

Instagram

JB's CBD may utilize Instagram to promote sweepstakes or giveaways. The Participant understands and agrees that any such promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

Snapchat

JB's CBD may utilize Snapchat to promote sweepstakes or giveaways. The Participant understands and agrees that any such promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Snapchat.
