Domestic Shipping Policy & Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
There are times that products will be shipped from separate warehouses. In those cases, you will be notified by email, and we will provide you with separate tracking numbers. This will not affect the original shipping cost.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipment method and cost are calculated by the carrier you choose and the shipping method. We currently do not ship outside the United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Free Shipping Promotions
During any free shipping promotions that we offer, the shipping method will be standard USPS shipping Only. This does not include Priority Shipping, Express Shipping or Shipping from any other of our Shipping Partners.
Video Game Consoles
Shipping is included with all video game consoles.
The PlayStation 5 Disc Version, the PlayStation 5 Digital Bundle & the XBOX Series X are shipped using UPS 2 Business Day Ground Shipping Only.
The Nintendo Switch – OLED Model White set & the Nintendo Switch - OLED Model Neon Blue/Neon Red set are shipped using USPS Medium Flat Rate Priority Mail Only.
*The shipping rate displayed at checkout is the default packaging shipping rate, not the actual rate paid for shipping*
The discount code "gaming" must be entered at checkout. Any other methods of shipping will be voided and refunded minus any applicable refund fees.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) (If a tracking number is applicable). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the warehouse processing the order.
JB's CBD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
