Returns / Refunds

Returns are only accepted on unopened merchandise and only with prior authorization (within 15 days of purchase). Return Shipping is the customers responsibility, unless the return is due to an error made by JB's CBD.

 

Authorized Returns:

Once your return is authorized, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN, IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. Any unauthorized returns received will not be returned and you will not be refunded.

Once your Authorized return is received and inspected, you will receive a full refund. Please allow two to seven business days for the refund to appear on your statement. *If it is determined that your authorized return has been opened, you will not receive a refund. *

 

Refused Orders:

You will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee, for any order refused upon delivery.

 

Defective or Damaged Goods:

We require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via telephone or email is made regarding the defective or damaged goods within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.

 

Can I cancel my order?

In most instances, your order is processed and shipped the same day, so you get it quickly. Therefore, in most cases orders will not be canceled once it has been submitted. Please order carefully.

If you have accidentally placed an order, immediately contact us by email at: contact@jbscbd.com, with an explanation of your cancellation request. Your order will be placed on a temporary hold until your request is reviewed. If your request is approved, you will receive a refund minus a $6.50 cancellation fee.
